Terms & Conditions

1. Description of Service

Stafsus is a software-as-a-service platform for internal employee onboarding and knowledge transfer. It allows organizations to upload internal materials (SOPs, policies, culture guides) and make them accessible to new hires through an AI-driven assistant.

Stafsus is intended for internal corporate use only. It is not a general-purpose public chat application, nor a simple document search tool. The purpose is to shorten time-to-productivity for new employees by automating repeated orientation tasks.

2. Accounts and Organizations

Access to Stafsus is organized around organizations (tenants). Each organization is responsible for managing its own users, roles, and uploaded content. You must provide accurate information when creating accounts and keep your credentials secure.

Organizations may invite employees to join their workspace. Invited users must comply with these Terms and any internal policies set by the organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Stafsus only for lawful internal education and onboarding purposes. You may not:

- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

- Use the service to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security controls.

- Resell or sublicense access to Stafsus without written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

Organizations retain all rights to the materials they upload. By uploading content, the organization grants Stafsus a limited license to process, store, and serve that content solely to operate the service for the organization's users.

Stafsus retains all rights to its software, trademarks, and platform infrastructure. Feedback provided by users may be used to improve the service.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Answers generated by the AI assistant are based on the materials uploaded by the organization. Stafsus does not guarantee that outputs are free from errors, omissions, or outdated information. AI responses should not replace official HR or legal policies of the organization.

Organizations are responsible for reviewing, updating, and verifying the accuracy of their knowledge base content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stafsus and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Stafsus operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the details provided on the Stafsus website or your account manager.
